A ride builder, from the first drawing to the first ride
Dinis started in 2000 with a small welding shop and one order for a children's carousel. The product line grew the way a park grows: one centrepiece ride at a time, until the workshop could deliver a whole mechanical park. Today the same team that quotes your project also builds it, ships it and sends engineers to commission it on your site.
Our work sits in three groups. Large classic rides such as the double decker carousel, the large single level carousel and the big wheel. Thrill rides such as the swinging pirate ship, the flying chair ride, the pendulum and the family coaster. And complete park packages, where we lay the rides out around your plot, your throughput and your budget instead of selling you a list of machines.

- Signed drawings first. Foundation plans, load data and the layout are agreed before production starts.

Inside the workshops
A ride is only as good as the frame nobody sees. Every stage below is done in house, and every stage has a signature on it before the next one starts.
- 01Cutting and formingSteel plate and tube are cut to the signed drawing, then rolled or bent into shape.
- 02Welding and framesJigs hold the frame square while certified welders close it up; every joint is inspected.
- 03MachiningHubs, shafts and drive mounts are turned on our own lathes and mills.
- 04Fibreglass shopMoulds, gelcoat and hand lay-up happen next door - see the section below.
- 05Assembly and test runEach ride is assembled, wired and run under load before it is allowed to leave.
- 06Painting and packingTop coat, lighting check, then steel crates and containers loaded in our own yard.
The fibreglass shop is where the character is made
Коњи, кабини, ships, dinosaurs and themed panels all come out of one workshop. We build the moulds ourselves from the approved model, so a theme can be changed without changing supplier, and a spare part five years later still matches the ride already standing in your park.
The process is the traditional one, done carefully: gelcoat first for the colour and the gloss, then hand lay-up of chopped strand and woven mat, rolled out to take the air out, cured, trimmed, filled, sanded and finally painted and polished. Layers are built up until the part is strong enough for the load it carries - not until it looks thick enough.
- Moulds made in house, so shapes can be adjusted for your theme or your park name.
- Gelcoat finish keeps its colour under sun and rain without a repaint every season.
- Steel insert points are laminated into the part, so fibreglass and frame are bolted, not glued.
- Spare parts kept on file, matched to the mould number of your ride.
